KAFA Launches a New App for Reporting Gender-Based Violence
KAFA (Enough) Violence & Exploitation introduces a new, safe, and confidential way to help protect victims of gender-based violence—women and children—by enabling them to report witnessed crimes, request emergency intervention, and access information and guidance with just one click.
The app provides easy access to essential guidelines and information, allows users to create safety plans, and offers secure and effective ways to intervene in dangerous situations. It aims to help put an end to the cycle of violence affecting women and children in Lebanon.
Additionally, the app offers free social, legal, and psychological services to victims of violence, including women and children. It also provides support for men seeking to overcome violent behaviors towards their partners or family members through the "Men’s Choice" rehabilitation program, which promotes healthy, violence-free relationships.
Our live chat system allows users to ask questions that may not be covered in the "Guidelines and Information" section of the app, as well as access services based on KAFA’s criteria and available resources.
In case of emergency, the KAFA App can be used to request immediate assistance or report a witnessed crime with a single click.
Download the KAFA App today and join us in combating and preventing violence!
